Job Summary:

Provide supply and property management services to establish and manage property accountability, dispose of property as directed, assist with management of contract property accounts and perform data entry procedures.


Responsible for establishing records and maintaining control of all company-owned, government-furnished and government-purchased accountable property. Will supervise/ perform tasks involving the general upkeep and maintenance of Army supplies and equipment. Responsible for directing personnel in establishing supply and inventory management functions and maintained Property book Unit Supply Enhancement (PBUSE) and Standard Army Retail Supply System (SARRS). Experienced at storage, movement, and tracking of materials, merchandise and equipment.

Duties include receiving, inspecting, inventorying, loading, unloading, segregating, storage, issue, delivery and turns-in organization and installation equipment using ETID. Prepare unit/organizational supply documents. Maintain automated supply system for accounting of organizational and installation supplies and equipment. Secure and control supplies and equipment. Schedule and perform preventive and organizational maintenance as necessary. Provide oversight and guidance to the junior logistics contracted personnel.

Other duties: Inspect completed work for accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Coordinate supply activities. Review and annotate changes to material condition status report. Post transactions to organizational and installation property books and supporting transaction files. Reconcile problems in automated supply accounting system. Determine method of obtaining relief from responsibility for lost, damaged and destroyed items.

Must possess excellent oral and written skills in English and be able to adapt to rapid changes in a positive manner, work to tight deadlines, and be able to track action items and resolve complex issues.

High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years experience required.

Bachelors degree in Business or other Management related field preferred.

Must have a Secret level security clearance.
