We are seeking a Plumbing Specialist to round out our maintenance team in Memphis. Large repairs are outsourced to a plumbing concern with all the best equipment for those tricky situations, but our residents need help with issues from leaky faucets to installing new garbage disposers. The current opening is a great opportunity for the right person to take charge of fulfilling the needs of our residents, making the property sparkle and shine.

The person that is perfect for this position will be able to juggle multiple duties and will have a background in multi-family apartment management.

The focus of this job will be plumbing issues, and other areas will sometimes include drywall repair, minor electrical, or appliance repairs.

Enthusiasm, energy, and efficiency are what will be needed to manage this transition, and to make sure our residents view the change in management as a seamless and positive conversion.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years apartment property maintenance experience.
• HVAC Certified preferred
