We have a current need for a maintenance supervisor to work in Chattanooga at a group of properties which about 250 units, in stable condition, with very high occupancy.

Do you have a background in residential maintenance - plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliance repair? DUTIES

Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of property - with responsibility for all maintenance functions, including coordination of vendors, budget adherence, employee supervision, and asset upkeep. Supervise and assist with project management for major renovation schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of apartment property maintenance experience.
• 1-2 years of supervisor experience
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ideal candidate will be friendly, eager to serve, demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities and have a team first attitude.
• Pool Certified a plus
• HVAC Certification Required
