We are currently interviewing for an Assistant Manager for our Midtown Memphis Apartment communities. This beautiful area and great residents make it easy to show apartments and help interested applicants make this their new home.

Marketing and sales activities – you will know how great your community is - be creative and energetic in making sure the community knows about it too! Experience required: 1-3 years as Assistant Manager or Leasing Consultant Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical and decision-making skills. Experience in results-oriented, team-based property management environment, emphasizing diversity and technology to achieve goals. OneSite software experience preferred, but not required. NALP or other industry designation preferred
