Germantown Gardens Apartments in East Ridge needs a high energy, computer savvy, customer-focused Property Management Professional to assist in the handling of three small properties. Your background may qualify you to step into the role as an Assistant Manager, or you may be more interested in a Leasing Consultant role with the opportunity to learn and grow into the Assistant Manager position.

Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments.


Experience required: 1-3 years as Assistant Manager or Leasing Consultant Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical and decision-making skills. Experience in results-oriented, team-based property management environment, emphasizing diversity and technology to achieve goals. ResMan software experience preferred, but not required. NALP or other industry designation preferred
