Central Gardens Apartments is an eleven-story midrise in beautiful Central Gardens, and needs a responsible, experienced maintenance supervisor to continue our efforts to upgrade and enhance the living experience there. Current projects underway require oversight, and our residents are our priority when it comes to customer service. Small properties in the midtown area add to the portfolio managed from this location, so a variety of property styles is in place. Managing the staff at multiple sites will be a definite advantage if you have that experience.

Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of a multi-million dollar property - with responsibility for staff supervision, budget adherence, and asset upkeep.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of apartment property maintenance experience.
• 1-2 years of supervisor experience
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ideal candidate will be friendly, eager to serve, demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities and have a team first attitude.
• Pool Certified a plus
• HVAC Certification preferred
