  • Gather information on assigned clients (e.g. company size, needs and pricing plans)
  • Grow existing product offerings with key accounts while introducing new product opportunities.
  • Coordinate meetings and communication between clients and agencies 
  • Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients' queries
  • Build strong client relationships, through regular communication
  • Report on the status of accounts via weekly meetings 
  • Coordinate with Account Managers and Project Managers to create customized proposals plans for new and existing clients
  • Interface with internal assets in order to achieve client goals 


  1. Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Journalism, Communications, Marketing
  2. Ability to see other people's points of view and take constructive feedback
  3. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time; you enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, collaborative team environment
  5. Ability to travel 10%-15% of the time
