A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SHOP FLOOR EMPLOYEE

In this role, you will use innovative methods and technologies to modernize how we manufacture and ship closets nationwide. You will work with modern equipment to cut parts, machine, assemble, package etc. You feel great about continuously growing your knowledge and improving our manufacturing company's operations!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SHOP FLOOR EMPLOYEE

• No experience necessary, but should be able to operate hand tools
• Should be able to stand on your feet for the shift and lift up to 50 lbs

Experience with wood machining is preferred but not necessary. Experience in closets, cabinetry, architecture, or commercial furniture would be a plus. Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Are you willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done? Can you adapt to new technologies and systems quickly? Are you someone who isn't content to just do things as they've always been done? If yes, you might just be perfect for this product management position!

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A SHOP FLOOR EMPLOYEE

This Shop Floor Helper position typically works Mon through Thu 6am – 4:30pm and 6am - 12pm on Fri (two staggered shifts).
