Qualifications for the Plumbing Apprentice Position:

• You enjoy serving and treating others with respect

• You have a valid drivers license and a good driving record
• You have good communication skills
• You have mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities for the Plumbing Apprentice Position:

• Uphold Heritage Apprenticeship Agreement
• Uphold Company Policies and Procedures
• Exemplify professionalism in attitude and conduct
• Assist lead plumbing technician in all jobs; being efficient and accurate
• Establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction
• Support lead plumbing technician in maintaining a clean organized job site, work vehicle, and accurate truck inventory
• Participate actively in all on-the-job training and formal schooling and exercises to master the trade
• Register and maintain your state apprenticeship license
• Help customers select the right solution and understand warranty information
• Complete all work in accordance with Heritage Standards and Local Code
• Collect payment at time of service
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, feedback, and option sheets
• Begin work on time and be flexible with schedule when needed

Work Schedule

• Full Time Positions (40-50) hours per week
• Must have a flexible work schedule and be available on-call for emergencies (1) night per week, (1) Saturday every 4 weeks, and (1) Sunday every 8 weeks.
• Must be able to accommodate start times as early as 6:00am or on occasion
