We are looking for a Drain Service Technician to join our team
This position will be based out of our Auburn, NH location and serving the surrounding areas.

About the role:
As a drain service technician you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team through your diagnosis and repair of residential drain systems. Other responsibilities include:
- Diagnose problems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams
- Keep your company truck clean, inside and out
- Keep your truck inventory up to date
- Properly complete paperwork
- Join the flexible on-call rotation
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Have and maintain a clean driving record
- Provide solutions to customers on sewer and drain problems
- Perform sewer and drain cleanings, replacements, drainage work, fixture replacements and unclogging services for residential customers
- Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
- Have or be willing to obtain the proper certifications (we can help you with this)
Qualifications:
- A valid driver's license and a clean, safe driving record
- Can pass a drug test and background check
- Enjoy serving and treating others with respect
- Possess the desire to learn and grow (both personally and professionally)
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Mechanical aptitude
- Team orientated - you like working with a team to solve problems and accomplish goals
- Able to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Quick thinker
- Highly organized and exceptional follow-through abilities
- High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections
- Have a flexible schedule and are able to be on-call and work after normal business hours when needed

Work Schedule
- Full Time Positions (40-50) hours per week
- Must have a flexible schedule. There is an on-call rotation for this position, but we are willing to accommodate your schedule.
