We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to work a hybrid schedule, based out of our Auburn, NH location.

Qualifications:

  • Friendly and empathetic attitude
  • Proven track record in customer service (2-3 years of experience is preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Access to a computer, smartphone and broadband (or suitably high speed) internet connection, as these will not be provided by Heritage
  • Solid computer and smartphone literacy (Proficiency in Google Chrome, Gmail, and other Google web applications is preferred)
  • Ability to improvise and adjust with constantly changing needs of the business
  • Willingness to learn and receive training on new skills and technologies

The position will be supported from our Auburn NH location. The role is primarily remote; However, we are looking for someone who lives local and can work in the office a few times a month, attend in person meetings, event's and training opportunities on occasion.


Responsibilities:

  • You will be the "face" of Heritage Home Service
  • Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
  • Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable
  • Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand
  • Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business
  • Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling
  • Adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably
  • Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information

Work Schedule:

  • Two Work Schedule Options:
    • Monday through Friday 9am - 5:30pm
    • Monday through Friday 10:30am - 7pm
  • Participation in a Saturday, day shift (every 7-8 weeks) is required
    • Hours 7am-5pm
  • Saturday, on-call rotation (every 10-12 weeks) is required
    • 5pm-12am
  • Some additional weekend/ on-call shifts may be requested
