WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A DOD ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST
In this position for our DoD government contractor company, we rely on you to help develop and update our administrative systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy. On our office team, you help keep us moving smoothly, and through research and information analysis you help develop effective strategies to keep us moving forward. Additionally, you help develop schedules and deconflict across organizations while tracking tasks. You also perform general office duties such as filing, taking minutes from meetings, and writing weekly reports.
Being highly organized and detail-oriented, you effectively coordinate all required audit actions to support the successful deployment, operation, and management of Defense Travel System (DTS) activity. Your role includes serving as a reviewing official, approving official, or certifying official, and you make sure all travel is within all applicable laws, policies, regulations, or guidance.
Finally, as you work closely with customers on site, you help develop acquisition documents including MIPRs, Statements of Work, contract data requirements list, work breakdown structures, schedules, and life cycle cost estimates. At the end of the day, you take great pride in keeping all details organized and our administrative systems constantly improving. - Completed high school diploma or equivalent
- Can obtain and maintain DoD security clearance
- At least 10 years of related experience
