We're searching for a CMO to join our team. This role will be a strategy consultant, inbound lead consultant, customer success and revenue director, and to work directly with our CEO.
This role will initially serve as an interim CMO for the first six months of service. During this time you will seek out new business opportunities and generate leads to help drive sales - through well-worn methods as well as finding new areas of opportunity for our agency and our clients. Training will be provided but this person should feel empowered to let their creative sparks fly.
Our goal is to educate this candidate on our marketing services and methodology so they can quickly become our full-fledged CMO.
Compensation:
- Initially, we offer a base salary plus commission. On-target earnings are estimated to be $85-100K annually.
- Base Salary plus: bonuses and commission, and can include profit sharing, various stipends, virtual team lunches and happy hours and various other gifts we come up with along the way.

Qualifications
- Corporate polish: you must be able to eloquently speak to C-suite executives, founders and leaders of large businesses via Zoom.
- Passionate about all aspects of marketing and a good understanding of digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, PPC, digital ads, email marketing, and SEO.
- Strong time management skills and ability to effectively multi-task a high standard of verbal and written communication for internal and external audiences.
- Experience with sales pipelines, funnels, lead generation, and sales script creation and refinement.
- Experience developing and executing outbound sales campaigns for a B2B services agency
Experience
- Digital Marketing: 2 years (Required)
- Marketing Consulting: 1 year (Preferred but extremely helpful)
- Outbound Business Development & Lead Gen: 1 year (Good to have)
- Microsoft Office/Google Docs: 4 years (Required)
