Onsite Property Manager

Pay: Full-Time; Hourly / Non-Exempt

Reports to: Property Manager

Proven since 1979, Invest West Management is a full-serve property management and real estate company servicing the entire Pacific Northwest with offices in Portland and Vancouver area. Our services include managing and maintaining multi-family apartments, multiplexes, condominiums, single-family rentals, and commercial, industrial, and retail buildings, including the sales and leasing aspects. We manage Community Associations (HOAs, Condominiums, Townhomes, and PUDs) We have licensed realtors on staff for Oregon and Washington. Since our founding, we have been a leader in the property management field. Our staff is comprised of professionals and our services are based on the best practices within our industry.

Essential Functions include:

The Onsite Manage is a full-time, onsite manager at our Longview Property Portfolio. Managing 3 Locations Dry Creek Apartments, Park Place East, Park Place West, and Place Park South with the day-to-day operations, administrative duties, scheduling and performing routine inspections. Excellent communication skills are needed and required to correspond with the Property Manager. Responsible for adherence to all company policies and products, including safety.

  • Required to live on-site at Dry Creek Apartments
  • Tenant/Landlord Laws and Fair Housing Guidelines knowledge
  • AppFolio and Tenant Tech experience preferred
  • Coordination of all property inspections
  • File management of onsite paperwork
  • Implantation and management of lease renewal and lease increases
  • Management of turnover process for all units
  • Resident relations and retention management
  • Day-to-day operations management
  • Rent collection from tenants.

The Onsite Manager and Maintenance Technician position will evolve, and additional duties and responsibilities may be revised/added as business needs dictate.


Salary and Benefits:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Rent discount provided to Onsite Manager

Monthly commission eligibility based on property metrics.

Potential Bonus eligibility yearly is offered based on company performance.


PTO:

PTO is offered at 6 hours per pay period.

All Federal Holiday off and paid to add an additional 12 -13 days off a year.
