Title: Field Service Representative 

Location: Suffolk, VA

Clearance: TS/SCI preferred, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of complex project tasks applied to specialized technology problems
• Integrate electronic processes or methodologies to resolve total system problems of technology problems
• Apply analytical and systematic approaches in the resolution of problems of work flow, organization and planning
• Lead systems engineers in the application of system engineering principles to the solution of secure systems design problems
• Perform RCS administration, integration, testing and refresh on various IT platforms i.e. (Dell M630/M1000e Servers, NetApp Storage, VMware NSX & vCenter6, Cisco ASA & 3850 appliances and Splunk) to support global R12345DT&E and training activities
• Lead and participate in administration and sustainment for RCS node located at Ft. Meade, MD in support of Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) global training and simulations mission activities
• Identify, integrate, and maintain heterogeneous technologies in a dynamic and distributed environment 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 15+ experience in the field preferred; an additional 4 years' experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
• Broad technical knowledge of routers/switches, storage, and virtualization technologies
• Expert knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPN, routers, firewalls, network protocols, and other security and network operations as well as monitoring and vulnerability testing
• NetApp, Splunk, VMWare, and CCIE certifications preferred
• Extensive background supporting the US Army with training and simulations experience preferred
• Knowledge of cybersecurity (defense and protection techniques and methodologies) is ideal
• IAT Level III Certified
• TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
