What You'll Do:
You will provide technical knowledge in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing systems.
You will perform special project rollout
You will conduct product feature testing, review, and procedure manual write up.
You will learn ticketing systems, networking basics, and Active Directory Management
You will work on Insource IT Support and will learn Asset Management Organization
You will image laptops for rollouts at Charter School clients
You will conduct system stress testing You will work with various cloud platforms (google, Dropbox, Office365)
What We're Looking For:
Proven ability to effectively interact with end-users in identifying and resolving technical issues.
A passion for customer service and technology, delivering exceptional support to end users.
Ability to multi-task across clients, industries, and technologies, while maintaining an appropriate level of professionalism and composure. Proactive and resourceful in troubleshooting issues
Currently majoring in Computer Science and at least in 3rd year of degree program
