What You'll do:

  • Oversees the daily workflow of the HR department.
  • Provides HR services and serve as a resource to all employment matters
  • Flexible and practical when addressing issues
  • Solve problems and make people happy.

Responsibilities may include the following:

  • Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; handbook development; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
  • Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Designs and coordinates new employee onboarding and exit meetings
  • Performs routine HR management duties including handbook development, updates, job description creation, etc.
  • Performs other duties as required.

  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree required; higher-level degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of HR experience.
  • Technology proficiency.
