What You'll Do:

  • Assist the Director of Finance & Administration with daily corporate accounting functions at Insource, such as help prepare and process weekly deposits, processing accounts payable, monthly billing and regular upkeep of outstanding accounts receivables for all practice divisions
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain ADP employee profiles
  • Maintain timekeeping software updates, staff assignments and contract changes
  • Credit card receipts collections and reconciliations.
  • Maintain electronic and paper files
  • Run reports used for financial analysis for managers and clients
  • Document standard operating procedures

What we're looking for:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and can interact and work effectively with diverse groups of individuals
  • Undergraduate degree preferred and/or relevant experience
  • Must have demonstrated proven adeptness at detail work
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Skills
  • General bookkeeping knowledge preferred
  • QuickBooks or other accounting software experience
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Ability to maintain filing and organization of duties
  • Excellent customer service skills, both written and oral
  • Confidentiality and discretion to sensitive matters
  • High degree of self-motivation
