A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PAINTING SITE SUPERINTENDENT

As a Painting Site Superintendent, you manage all aspects of our projects, including quality control, budget management, and team coordination. You lead and manage your team, communicate with subcontractors and suppliers, and provide regular updates to the project manager. Working onsite, you ensure excellent quality, manage production, and oversee each project from beginning to completion. In between projects, you also host safety meetings to help you and your team stay safe while working. You take pride in being an effective leader who ensures every project goes off without a hitch!

Your schedule will be Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Expect to be actively involved in every aspect of the project and be the go-to person onsite.

QUALIFICATIONS

Here's what we're looking for in a Painting Site Superintendent:

• 3+ years of onsite project management experience
• Proficiency with technology such as computers, laptops, and tablets
• Ability to read blueprints
• Strong communication skills
