WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Our Customer Service Specialist / Client Support team members are the lifeblood of our company! In this part-time role, we can be confident that our clients are receiving the highest level of customer service and support because you are attentive and personal in every interaction you have. You assist our clients with navigating our software, assist with glitches, optimize their hiring process, explore our software capabilities, and sort any billing and/or applicant flow issues. Our clients can rely on you for everything related to our service offerings!
Whether in the office, or working remotely, you spend your days working with customers over the phone, via chats, and via email. You work hard to keep response times short, and when more complex issues arise, you are diligent when seeing other troubleshooting and problem-solving options. You are constantly thinking of new ways of finding effective solutions, and when you've reached a wall, you are quick and humble enough to seek our extra support.
