YOUR LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / HIRING CONSULTANT
Armed with our extensive training and your customer service skills, you will become a hiring guru. Serving our HVAC and plumbing clients, you will help them find the right applicants to interview for their open positions. Spending much of your time on the phone, you will gather information from our clients to understand their ideal employees. You will take this information to our writing team so that they can craft the perfect job ad. While they do that, you will work with the client to determine screening questions that will allow them to sift through applicants to find the perfect candidate!
