As the New Accounts Specialist you will process reports, perform new account setup and maintenance, create orders for equipment installs and movements, maintain contracts and pricing within the system, help in the development of process improvements, peer training, and special projects as necessary.


  • Work with the sales and operations teams on new account documentation and orders
  • Provide reports for other teams as required
  • Set up and maintenance of new and existing accounts
  • Daily account maintenance and updates
  • Accurately process closing accounts
  • Work with operations team on customer route maintenance
  • Records management
  • Maintain pricing contracts within the system
  • Review tax exemption forms and setup in system
  • Audit existing accounts for errors in setup
  • Process certain exception billing
  • Review customer account structures for accuracy and update as needed
  • Work with the team members and leadership to identify and develop process improvements
  • Work with team members in Sales, Corporate Operations and Branch Operations to ensure company goals are being met
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining a high attention to detail
  • Ability to type 55 wpm with minimal errors
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional integrity
  • Ability to meet deadlines
