Harney District Hospital's Family Care Clinic is seeking an active, personable, team-oriented Family Practice Physician to join our current staff of Family Physicians and Nurse Practitioners. Patient Centered Primary Care Home provides team based integrated care, behavioral services and care management to our small, frontier community. Enjoy four scheduled patient days and one professional development day a week, allowing the best possible care of our community and allowing our practitioners to sustain a balanced personal life.
Base salary is $250,000, along with productivity and retention bonuses which vary. Our physicians also receive 10 weeks of paid time off per year.
Established in Burns, Oregon in 1920, we are the only critical access hospital that serves residents living in rural communities spread across the 10,000 square miles of beautiful Harney County. We also run a family care clinic and are about to open a specialty care clinic. Mandatory Requirements: Broad knowledge of health care administration, patient care principles and practices. Possession of a degree from accredited school of Medicine (MD/DO). Must possess an unencumbered Oregon Medical License. Must be in good standing with the Oregon Medical Board. Must have current Federal DEA and State DEA licenses and be AAFP Board Certified / Eligible.
