Harbor House is seeking an experienced, dynamic individual to ensure empowerment-based, best practice participant services are provided to Outreach participants. Plans, develops, and manages Outreach programs, Outreach, EVE/INVEST, IFP Programs. This position is highly visible in the community and requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with other agencies and funders. This position oversees programs that provide direct services to survivors.

Education, Experience and Training:

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), behavioral or social science supplemented by five (5) years' experience in human service administration preferred. Program management and supervisory experience required.

Other Job Requirements:

Must have ability to lead with confidence and minimal supervision; possess an understanding of domestic violence issues. Requires good communication skills, both written and oral. Discretion in dealing with confidential material, flexibility and tolerance for others is required. High ethical and professional standards, sound judgment and ability to function independently are required. Must be able to work harmoniously with participants, volunteers, staff and public. Valid Florida Driver's License and cover-able by agency insurance. Completion of CORE Competency training within 30 days of hire is required.
