Responsible for the programming, operation, administration and staffing of the Harbor House of Central Florida Youth and Teen Prevention Programming which includes the Prevention and Primary Prevention.


Education and Training:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Work, or related field. Master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in community engagement, project development and supervision required. Professional experience may be substituted for formal education at the discretion of the Chief Executive Officer.


Other Job Requirements:

Knowledge of trauma informed program development. Knowledge of child growth and development and basic counseling skills. Oversees the immediate and long-term planning and management for domestic violence prevention education programs and primary prevention work. Responsible for the research, development, and implementation of program curriculum. Responsible for developing and maintaining community contacts for education, prevention, training, and opportunities to assist in the provision of services for the children of domestic violence survivors. Performs analysis of the goals, objectives and performance outcomes of Prevention programs and makes any needed changes to meet required grant outcomes and meeting community needs. Valid Florida Driver's License and cover-able by agency insurance. Completion of CORE Competency training within 30 days of hire is required.
