A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RELOCATION COORDINATOR
As a Relocation Coordinator, be responsible for being the main point of contact for Harbor House's Relocation Assistance Program by collecting, reviewing, vetting, and allocating all Relocation Applications. You will work directly with your peers in receiving Relocation Applications and distributing funds and coordinating survivor services. Additionally, you will compile and maintain relocation files and documents on clients and services to maintain compliance with established funding sources. You'll develop and maintain relationships with community partners to better assist survivors in their relocation efforts.
You are conscientious about keeping up-to-date and accurate documentation from which you compile statistical data in order to maintain compliance with established funding sources. Your job is highly collaborative, as you work closely with the case management team, community services, various advocates, and IFP attorneys to ensure effective coordination of services. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CASE MANAGER
- Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience preferred
- One to two years of domestic violence case management experience
- Strong documentation skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database software
- Ability to complete CORE competency training within 30 days of hire
- Valid Florida driver's license and insurable driving record
