Governors Club is currently seeking a swim lesson coach to join our elite service team in our Aquatics Center. Our Coaches enjoy a rate of $25/hour, and daily complimentary staff meals.

As a Governors Club Swim Lesson Coach, you enjoy the hustle and bustle that comes with working in our upscale facilities. Your warm, friendly, and professional demeanor create memorable experiences for our members and guests. You anticipate their needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that requests are taken care of expediently.

Your primary focus is to ensure our members and their guests have a positive experience as soon as they enter the Wellness Center.

Responsibilities

• The Swim Lesson Coach is responsible for providing independent and group swimming lessons to members and/or their family.
• Communicates with members to schedule swim lessons
• Book swim lessons and reserve pool through ForeTees
• Communicates with other Lifeguards, Instructors, and Management on any potential concerns related to the operation of the pool
• Knows and enforces emergency procedures and safety regulations in order ensure member safety.

Part-Time: Regular employee averaging 31 or fewer hours per week after 90 days

Rate of Pay: $25/hourly
