• Minimum of 8+ years of related experience building and architecting complex applications
• Minimum 5 years of experience architecting solutions in Salesforce ecosystem
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience leveraging technologies such as Kafka, Serverless and other modern application architectures
• Experience developing solutions for regulated industries
• Experience in Salesforce Health Cloud
• Experience integrating Salesforce solutions with Microservice based architectures, ERP and other Enterprise systems
• Ability to bring forward new technologies and patterns and apply them into the organization
• Proficiency in agile methodology
• Ability to self-start and effectively operate within a complex, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross functionally in a matrix management environment.
