• Responsible for the care and inspiration of the team in your area.
• Develop great leaders in the stores, and teach them to develop great team members.
• Developing the team and helping others achieve their career goals.
• Train and develop great people, the details are a lot simpler.
• Those fun details are establishing store goals and metrics, growing the business, being responsible for financial results, and the important audit and compliance work that goes with retail operations.
• Driving between the stores in your area and on occasion to other locations.
