FACILITIES MANAGEMENT TEAM LEAD

THE POSITION:

As the Facilities Management Team Lead, you will:

• Provide expert knowledge of facility maintenance techniques and tools.
• Help lead the facilties team and provide world-class customer service to our locations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Detail orientation.
• Keep our image strong and facilities beautiful for our community

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate's degree preferred, year in business administration, related field (Business, Marketing, and Communications, etc.)
• 3-5 years experience in a related field
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Florida driver's license and safe driving record. Must be able to drive Agency vehicle as a condition of employment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, based on the requirements of the job or specific projects; to include weekends and nights as may be required or to be on-call during off hours.
