The typical schedule for this office position is 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday with on-call weekends. We pay our Customer Service Representatives a competitive wage of $17-$21/hour plus the ability to earn bonuses. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers and set the stage for the high level of service they have come to expect. Each day you arrive at the office determined to make sure that they feel heard as you communicate with them over the phone and via email. When customers call with emergency situations such as a flooded home, they can depend on you to remain calm and find solutions. After a service appointment, you make follow up calls to ensure complete satisfaction.
Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our customers enjoy doing business with us. Your empathetic nature and ability to quickly resolve problems while remaining positive is essential to your success. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy in our fast-paced office environment.
