Ethos is currently looking for a part time, Licensed Field Investigator in the Jacksonville, FL area.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are recruiting part-time experienced Surveillance Investigators who have the ability to work remotely, independently, and who enjoy a good challenge. Applicants must be able to have an extremely flexible work schedule. This is an industry wide requirement as cases often require odd hours, to include early mornings, weekdays, weekends, evening hours and occasional holidays. The ideal candidate must own a well-maintained vehicle, a window based laptop and a video camera.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct covert field surveillance via both stationary and mobile surveillance.
• Conduct scene investigations, interviews, recorded statements, etc.
• Obtaining professional quality video and photographic documentation of subjects.
• Draft thorough, detailed investigative reports.
• Upload video and photographic evidence as well as surveillance reports to our claims system.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice.
• Military or Law Enforcement.
• Private Investigator or detective experience.
• Proven history in a closely related field.

SKILLS

• Possess strong computer and internet skills.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

LICENCES/CERTIFICATIONS/INSURANCE

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Current auto insurance
• Private Investigator license

Pay is commensurate with experience.
