We are growing by leaps and bounds and as a result we are looking for an additional team member to join our Client Services Department as a Client Services Specialist.
Daily responsibilities include entering client cases into our case management system via email or phone and reviewing/editing cases that were entered by clients into our system. Because this role is on the front line dealing with clients directly, we are looking for someone who is comfortable cross-selling services and building/maintaining strong relationships. Other duties for this position include identifying workflow efficiencies and customer experience enhancements, making outbound calls to verify information and accuracy of case objectives, assisting in communicating promotional/incentive programs, identifying and resolving client concerns and updating contact information in our case management system.
