DFI Investigator

Compensation: $15 per hour, this position is also eligible for a monthly bonus of up to $500, and full-time benefits. The $500 bonus will be paid after 30 days of employment.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Conduct thorough and detail-oriented database, internet and telephone research.
• Type accurate reports relaying all information found in a timely fashion
• Manage a large caseload under time constraints and provide weekly updates to your Team Lead
• Work in unison with other departments when directed or as appropriate

Required Skills and Experience:

• BA or similar college-level certification that required extensive written work
• Excellent writing skills
• Three to five years of relevant work experience, although not necessarily in the investigative field
• Effective communication skills
• Self-motivated, focused and trustworthy
• Strong Microsoft Office and Internet research skills

• Adept and confident telephone work - The successful candidate must show no fear of solving cases with a telephone
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not mandatory.

In Summary -
