As we continue to grow, our Accounting Department is looking to add an entry level Administrative Assistant to their team. In this role, you will be responsible for opening and scanning mail for cash receipts, maintaining documents in the shared drive, matching receipts to expense reports, assisting with collections and other tasks and projects within the department.

The person in this role will also be a backup for receptionist duties - including greeting customers and visitors, answering phones, transferring calls and fingerprinting tasks which will include taking payments and processing credit cards.

This position requires a strong work ethic, trustworthiness and the ability to prioritize.

Having experience in Customer Service, Excel and other MS Office products, QuickBooks online is desired.
