Our Business Development Representative will be making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads. The BDR understands our clients' needs and identifies sales opportunities to meet those needs by asking and answering questions, sending additional information via email and being able to explain the details of the services we offer. The person in this position will create and maintain current and potential clients in our CRM database, will research and qualify new leads and close sales to achieve sales targets.
Our ideal candidate for this role will be proficient in Microsoft Office products and CRM software (Salesforce preferred), will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to multi-task by utilizing organizational skills.
To be successful in this position, our Business Development Representatives have superb phone and cold calling skills. They are customer service oriented, have strong listening skills, seek to build relationships, and pursue sales opportunities based on our clients' needs.
This position is eligible for bonus.
