We would love to have an early-career aspiring Inside Sales professional to join our team. We also welcome a mid-career candidate looking to change to the renewable energy industry with a disruptive clean energy company.
We pay you a base salary and PTO, and you respond to incoming leads as quickly as possible. Each successful appointment you make that meets with one of our sales managers is a $150 bonus to you. Additionally, you earn 1/2% commission when sales are made (typically $100 - $400+).
We need to hire one Inside Sales team member now, and another in April.
You need to have an action-bias for phone calls and follow-up. Nothing beats actual human interaction. Ideal candidates would have a desire to succeed, are extroverts, generally positive, and self-starters.
