ECI has an opening for a business administration assistant in Cumberland, ME. The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Multitask with attention to detail, be self-directed and able to work independently.
• Solve problems and perform a range of assignments including project accounting, proposal management, scheduling, planning and organization.
• Anticipate responsibilities and take appropriate initiative to pro-actively resolve.
• Define and manage monthly business reporting.
• Effectively communicate via email and phone.

Minimum Requirements: Associate degree in Accounting, Business or Technical field; strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); proficiency in Project Management software such as Deltek Vision or ProCore; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organization and planning skills; commitment to quality and accuracy. The successful applicant may be subject to client-mandated drug and background checking. Occasional travel/driving is required; therefore, the successful applicant will be subject to ECI's auto insurance carrier requirements.
