Position Summary: We are a growing organization seeking individuals with strong leadership skills to provide guidance and manage subcontract crews to assemble and install or upgrade custom capital equipment throughout North America. Our Field Installation Supervisors represent Dürr to handle all aspects of the installation process, client communication, schedule adherence, and safety supervision duties.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Work independently to evaluate site conditions to develop and implement action plans and resource assignments per engineered scopes of work established by the Operation team.
  • Supervise with confidence subcontracted labor forces to ensure field assignments are executed on time and on budget.
  • Act as the point of contact for the customer during site work. Must be able to handle customers with confidence and respect.
  • Read and understand system & facility drawings/blue prints and ensure assembly of equipment or repairs are performed correctly


  • High school diploma.
  • Experience in machine assembly, sheet metal, ironwork, piping, millwright, insulating. and /or field service activities.
  • Have clear understanding of heavy equipment installation and rigging procedures.
  • Have understanding of pneumatic, electric and hydraulic power systems.
  • Ability to learn and implement company safety program.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Able to lead a site team consisting of multiple trades to the successful completion of equipment installation and repair assignments.
  • Able to travel and hold a current passport.
