The Driver Provider is hiring a self-motivated and highly organized 21 to provide support for the Accounting Department. If you are a detail-oriented individual who enjoys a fast pace work environment this may be the role for you!


  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Computer literate with experience in MS Office and strong Excel skills.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, deadline-oriented and ability to prioritize.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills required.
  • Advanced typing skills.
  • Billing/Invoicing experience a plus
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize; handle multiple tasks; and work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong math and problem solving skills
  • Must maintain confidentiality
  • High school diploma or associate's degree
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment, such as, computer work stations, calculators, and copier

Job Description:

  • Support billing and accounting positions
  • Process and record transactions
  • Clerical tasks as may be required
  • Meet and greet the public as they enter the office
  • Assist with fact checks and resolving discrepancies
  • Other tasks as may be required
