With multiple different tracks for our various clinical department positions, this program enables our clinical teams to grow with us, and gain additional skills that create stronger departments, and stronger leaders at every level!
How Does DiscoverU Work?
Review ALL of the information included in this application guide and complete the this application.
When you submit this application, it will go to your Administrator for approval and submission to the committee.
After acceptance into the program, you will receive a badge to wear indicating your participation. You will then begin a series of live classes to guide you through the completion of three levels. The first level focuses on interpersonal relationship skills. The second level explores how to champion improved NPS performance. The third level includes specialization certification relevant to your position.
Classes are live, and make-up classes will be offered, to accommodate participant needs.
As you sharpen your clinical competencies and management abilities, you will be recognized with a $1/hour raise upon graduation from each of DiscoverU's three levels, as well as Make A Friend Mentorship Program.
