Dibble is looking for a skillful and highly motivated Project Manager to join our Phoenix office Infrastructure Rehabilitation Team. SUMMARY
This role of Project Manager is responsible for delivering engineering projects in the Water, Wastewater and Reclaimed Water infrastructure field utilizing trenchless technologies including monitoring and controlling project performance, providing direction and guidance to engineers and technicians on project team, ensuring quality control on assessment and design document deliverables, along with developing and maintaining strong client relationships. ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Implementation of infrastructure asset management, assessment and trenchless rehabilitation projects.
- Identify and execute technically superior trenchless solutions to engineering challenges.
- Provide leadership and management of project teams.
- Prepare and negotiate favorable project scope and fee proposals.
- Manage project schedules and budgets.
- Make sound, timely decisions for the benefit of the project and Company.
- Prepare project design drawings, technical specifications and opinions of construction costs.
- Consistently meet project deadlines while always maintaining a high level of quality.
- Participate in strategic business development initiatives.
- Participate in strategic marketing pursuits.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- Minimum 8 years relevant assessment, design and construction oversight experience.
- Professional Engineering license for the State of Arizona or have the ability to obtain an Arizona PE license within 3 months.
- Certified by the National Association of Sewer Services Companies (NASSCO) in PACP and MACP or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Background in water, wastewater and reclaimed water infrastructure asset management, condition assessment, trenchless rehabilitation design, and construction quality control oversight.
- Current GIS planning, scheduling, and design software preferred with proficiency in Microsoft Office a necessity.
- Strong People Skills; promote a positive teamwork environment.
- Strong Leadership skills; ability to successfully lead a motivated team in a fast paced environment.
- Strong project management skills and self-directed.
- Must be an effective communicator.
