Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center is a 25 bed, Critical Access hospital situated in the mountains, just 58 miles North East of Mesa Arizona. Our Imaging department focuses on teamwork, quality, education, and innovation. We perform 4,200 ultrasound exams per year using 2 -GE LOGIQ E9s, and 1- Philips EPIQ 5G ultrasound machine. We use Trophon for probe cleaning, and have ergonomic chairs for our ultrasound tech's scanning comfort. We scan in a variety of settings to include: ER, outpatient, in-patient, and OB.

The perfect candidate will have:

• An Associate Degree from an accredited program with ARDMS certification.
• Performs ultrasound scans in abdominal, obstetrics, GYN, small parts, and vascular scans.
• Extensive Knowledge of the physics of ultrasound and the ability to translate that knowledge into practical applications, instrumentation, and troubleshooting
• Excellent interpersonal skills in communicating with patients, family members, physicians, co-workers, and other health care professionals
