Works under limited supervision, uses some discretion and applies policies and procedures prescribed by supervisor and/or the department or hospital, takes only unusual problems to supervisor for decision. Limited authority, acts after informing superior, especially when actions are unusual. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Phlebotomy experience in a hospital setting
• BLS/CPR Certification required
• Skilled at multitask abilities, detail oriented self starter and self managed. Legible handwriting. Maintains self with professionalism at all times.
