Under limited supervision the incumbent is responsible for performing all phases of supply inventory management at the hospital by using historical data, re-order point methodology and cycle counting to ensure accurate and appropriate supply levels in the Materials Management warehouse and department inventory locations. Duties also include hospital courier rounds, shipping and receiving, warehouse and department supply inventory replenishment, and USPS mail preparation, posting and delivery.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required

Prior computer knowledge is required

Filing and general clerical experience is required

Previous Hospital or Healthcare warehouse or general supply inventory experience is preferred

Ability to read and effectively communicate in English is required

Ability to respond effectively in high stress situations is required

Valid and current Arizona Class D Driver's License is required, must be willing to provide DMV record upon hire

Prior computer knowledge is preferred
