Position Summary: The Field Support personnel are responsible for assisting superintendents, maintenance of equipment, and site cleanliness on construction sites. The field support personnel are scheduled and directed by Field Support Lead and General Manager.

Reporting Relationship: General Manager Cumby Equipment, LLC

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Keep construction areas clean and free from debris.
  • Remove any hazardous materials or hazards from sites.
  • Operate machinery as needed at construction sites.
  • Take trash trailer to refuge as needed.
  • Drive company trucks to pick up and deliver materials to projects.
  • Erect, disassemble, and repair temporary structures as needed.
  • Power wash as needed at construction sites.
  • Handle construction materials onsite and offsite as needed.
  • Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
  • Clean up any spills from sites as needed.
  • Keep landscaping on construction sites trimmed and clean.
  • Manage operation and maintenance of saws, drills, grinders, etc.
  • Manage maintenance of all company owned equipment and document.
  • Perform preventative maintenance as required.
  • Adhere to company policies and Team Member Handbook.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

The Field Support should demonstrate competence in some or all of the following:

  • General Microsoft Office Products
  • Unbridled Support
  • Teamwork
  • Able to interact and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Multi Family Construction

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent safety and performance record.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards.

  • Strong leadership skills with even temperament & ability to solve problems.

Work Environment:

  • This job operates in a professional office environment.
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms and requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds.
