Starting at birth, our programs support families with children up through high school. Resilience and true empowerment are at the forefront of everything we do!

Our employees and volunteers build supportive and long-term mentoring relationships that empower young people and result in a stronger community. They are key to bringing about positive, Christ-centered change. For our amazing team, we create a very casual atmosphere and a good work-life balance.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about touching the lives of children with positive and personal after school care. Ask yourself: Are you ready to love where you work? Do you desire to leave a legacy? Can you contribute to the success of our company and the future success of the children in our care? If so, we want to meet you!

In this part-time early child development position, we rely on you to provide a positive and caring presence for our K-8th grade children in our care. Further, you provide support and coordinate with the lead teacher to implement the educational curriculum, and make sure our activities align with established standards.

In addition to keeping our day-to-day educational operations flowing smoothly, you make it your mission to connect with each child that is in your care. Each child has his/her own individual cultural, linguistic, and familial values, and you work hard to ensure their daily routines and interactions effectively meet their individual needs. Lastly, you desire for families to feel confident and comfortable with leaving their children in our care, so you foster strong relationships with families by keeping open lines of communication. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, apply today!

  • At least 21 years
  • Completed high school diploma or equivalent
  • Can complete and stay up to date in relevant health and safety trainings
  • Ability to pass a background check
