Titan Homes, a division of Champion Home Builders, Inc is seeking to hire Full-Time Production Workers with knowledge of residential electricity to join our team and perform quality work on the production line to build manufactured housing in Sangerfield, NY. The training pay rate for this position is $15/hr. and raises to $17.50 after training has been completed. We pay attendance incentives open to all production workers which is currently an additional $2.50 per hour and production goal incentives (offered after training) weekly. Additional positions

Plumbing, Framing, Drywall hanging, Drywall finishing, Interior finishing, Siding, Roofing, Cleaning, and more are available. Training is provided for all positions for the right candidate.


  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent OR at least one month of related experience/training
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
  • Prior experience will be given preference
  • Ability to pass a drug screen

The current schedule for this position is (9 hours) 6:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday-Thursday and 6:00 am - 10:00 am on Friday (overtime may be available). The schedule may vary depending on production needs.
