Job Description:

The Senior Marine Mechanic/Engineer will be responsible for all corrosion control and preservation of all engineering spaces. The Senior Marine Mechanic/Engineer reports to the Boat Captain while underway.


Responsibilities:

Responsible for the supervision of all preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repairs to all systems categorized as Hull, Mechanical, Electrical (HME), and Hydraulic. The Senior Marine Mechanic/Engineer will identify all depot level repairs and other work exceeding the capability of the Contractor and forward to the PMRF COR for resolution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • US Coast Guard (USCG) Designated Duty Engineer of vessels up to 4000 HP license
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug check
  • Must pass background check

Working Conditions:

  • Must possess the ability to work in any condition like bending, twisting, and standing to execute normal job duties.
