This ServiceNow SAMProTechnical Consultant will initially help with an implementation and will continue to be a technical consultant.
- ServiceNow SAMPro Implementation
- Design architecture for Implementation
- Stand up SAMPro module
- Publisher Pack configurations
- Connectors integrations, SCCM, ILMT or other integrations etc.
- Responsible for operations and troubleshooting
- Creating custom software model and custom license metrics with back-end scripting
- Health check of SN data
- Windows/Linux/UNIX server skills.
- 3-5 years of SalesForce experience
- 3+ years of SAMPro experience
- Prior SAMPro implementation
- Ability to design architecture and standup SAMPro module
- Must be able to travel as needed - 20%
