This ServiceNow SAMProTechnical Consultant will initially help with an implementation and will continue to be a technical consultant.

Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow SAMPro Implementation
• Design architecture for Implementation
• Stand up SAMPro module
• Publisher Pack configurations
• Connectors integrations, SCCM, ILMT or other integrations etc.
• Responsible for operations and troubleshooting
• Creating custom software model and custom license metrics with back-end scripting
• Health check of SN data
• Windows/Linux/UNIX server skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of SalesForce experience
• 3+ years of SAMPro experience
• Prior SAMPro implementation
• Ability to design architecture and standup SAMPro module

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to travel as needed - 20%
